We’re trying something new: Advanced series 48K softener installed, $1,650 through October 31, 2026. You need a serviceable loop for this price. Any upgrades are extra and at the customer’s discretion.

Dry, itchy skin and scalp after every shower? Scale on every faucet? Spotty glasses no matter how you wash them? That’s hard water. A softener fixes the water, so you can stop fighting it.
Lotion after the bath? Not with a softener. Soft water, soft skin and hair, and a protected plumbing system.
Stop the spots, the crusty faucets and the scale that wears out your water heater.
Mention this special on your first call. Specials must be announced on the first call to apply.

Chase Bradshaw (Chase Visionz) tries his new Desert Water RO system
All three are 1.5 cu ft, high-efficiency and run on a Clack valve. Any upgrades are extra and at the customer’s discretion. Systems with chlorine removal and KDF features cost more. All softener prices are for a 48K (1.5 cubic foot) system. Larger families and larger homes may need the next size up. We quote that as needed, with the same low pricing and the same great warranty.

Want salt-free? We also offer salt-free: the Supernova. Nothing else salt-free even comes close to working. That’s the whole lineup, ask us which fits your house. It’s a conditioner, not a softener, and we’ll tell you the difference straight. 0% APR for 12 months through Wisetack, on approved credit.
Unlike a traditional water softener, the Supernova is a salt-free water conditioner. It does not remove hardness minerals from the water. Instead, it uses multi-media filtration and conditioning to change how hardness minerals behave, so they don’t bond to your pipes, fixtures and water heater. It also uses granular carbon and catalytic carbon to significantly lower chlorine, chloramines and chlorination by-products throughout the home.

Warranty: limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on the media tank and valve body, plus our 2-year workmanship warranty. Consumable parts like pistons, seal stacks and drive motors aren’t covered. Subject to manufacturer terms.
Salt-free means the Supernova only, because nothing else we’ve tried comes close to working. More on salt-free water conditioning.
We’re fine going over pricing for what you’re worried about on the phone, but you need a serviceable softener loop. If you don’t have one, we can usually build a good one for $985 to $3,000. If you want the hose bibs isolated so your pool still gets calcium, that’s usually an extra $685 to $985, your choice. You don’t want to water your grass with softened water. You can if you want, but when we can, we’ll give you the option to run a new hard-water line to the irrigation.

Whole-house carbon and carbon-KDF filters: better-tasting water at every tap, no chlorine smell, easier on skin, hair and appliances. Great pricing through October 31, 2026, ask when you call.
Houses on a well are a different story. We’ll install whatever you want, but we won’t try to sell you anything until we’ve done a well test, $485. That’s for people who really want options for arsenic, bacteria and nitrates. Drinking water can usually be fixed with an RO, and the $985 RO special may be the answer. Anything beyond that gets expensive fast: don’t plan on removing anything serious from the whole house for less than $3,500, and you get the real price after the test. We’ve done a lot of these. If you just want to talk to a specialist about arsenic, nitrates and bacteria, we’re happy to go over it on the phone. Honestly, we don’t think there’s a well in our service area without at least one of the three. Arsenic is almost always there at some level, and bacteria is a crapshoot, which is why we’ll want a UV light on any well house we take care of. That stuff can make you really sick.
Quoted separately only if your home needs it: new loop or bypass where none exists, electrical, or moving the location. We’ll tell you before we start. No surprises.

You get the installed price before we start, with tax and card fees included. No “let me talk to my manager” games.
We install Clack valves because parts are easy to get and any good plumber can service them. You’re not locked into one dealer.
Our shops are in Peoria and Cave Creek and our trucks run the North Valley every day. We’re licensed with AZ ROC #259601 and we back our work for 2 years.

We always check your water pressure and tell you what we find. High pressure is hard on softeners and RO systems and changes what we can warranty, so if you need a pressure regulator we quote it on site. We stock them on every truck and warranty the work.
Advanced softens your water. Hero softens and adds catalytic carbon for chlorine taste and smell. Reveal softens and adds more filtration stages for the best whole-house water. All three use a Clack valve.

Yes. We test your TDS (total dissolved solids), chlorine and hardness for free. On a well? A full well water lab test is $485.
Yes. 0% APR for 12 months through Wisetack, on approved credit.
A softener removes hardness. A salt-free conditioner (we install the Supernova) changes how hardness behaves but doesn’t remove it. If you want truly soft water, get a softener.
Yes. A softener doesn’t lower TDS (total dissolved solids), so if your free test shows high TDS, a reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink is the fix. A lot of customers add our 5-stage RO at the same visit. Ask when you book.
We install Clack systems we supply, so we can stand behind them. Already have a softener? If the company that sold it won’t stand behind it, we have a tech trained on those valves who may be able to service your old system. Or we can supply a new softener at a reasonable cost, financing available through Wisetack. Call us.

Seeing a price that seems too low? Some companies use loss leaders, a cheap price to get in the door. Some prices only make sense when nobody’s in the office and nobody answers the phone. With us, a live person answers, and you can text us too.

Toilet installs start at $265, and the fancier the toilet, the more it costs. We’ve installed some for over $1,000. We’ll supply a Kohler Highline toilet with delivery, haul-away and everything else for $685. A Toto is $1,385. Or we can quote installing the toilet you already have. We warranty our work either way, and we only warranty the parts when we supply them.

$265 to $365 for most standard faucets, quoted by phone. Fancy or cut-out faucets get a written bid, because the work changes. A cluttered or dirty work area adds time, and we say so up front.

Most standard shower and tub cartridges replaced by a professional run $385 to $685, usually somewhere in the middle. We quote on site because the valve, the brand and what’s behind the wall change the job. If the cartridge can’t be fixed, we can usually put in a new valve with standard trim for $785 to $1,250. Fancier trim is available, but it’s hard to quote online. We keep the common Delta, Moen and Pfister cartridges on our trucks and in our warehouse. Part of the price is being ready for the call and having the right parts on the truck when it matters most. We can special order just about anything fancy. If it isn’t one of those, expect a bid for the follow-up visit. Same-day isn’t realistic without a lot of driving around and extra cost, and that’s negotiable on site. We work on Delta 1300, 1400 and 1700 series valves, Moen 1222 and 1255 cartridges, Pfister Avante, Kohler and Symmons, including thermostatic and volume-control valves.
