We’re trying something new: Advanced series 48K softener installed, $1,650 through October 31, 2026. Most customers step up to the Hero, ask us about it. You need a serviceable loop for this price. Any upgrades are extra and at the customer’s discretion. We’re fine going over pricing for what you’re worried about on the phone, but you need a serviceable softener loop. If you don’t have one, we can usually build a good one for $985 to $3,000. If you want the hose bibs isolated so your pool still gets calcium, that’s usually an extra $685 to $985, your choice. You don’t want to water your grass with softened water. You can if you want, but when we can, we’ll give you the option to run a new hard-water line to the irrigation. All softener prices are for a 48K (1.5 cubic foot) system. Larger families and larger homes may need the next size up. We quote that as needed, with the same low pricing and the same great warranty. Limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on the tanks, resin and valve body, 10 years on all other parts including electronics (Wood Brothers Industries), plus our 2-year workmanship warranty. Subject to manufacturer terms.

Toilet installs start at $265, and the fancier the toilet, the more it costs. We’ve installed some for over $1,000. We’ll supply a Kohler Highline toilet with delivery, haul-away and everything else for $685. A Toto is $1,385. Or we can quote installing the toilet you already have. We warranty our work either way, and we only warranty the parts when we supply them.

$265 to $365 for most standard faucets, quoted by phone. Fancy or cut-out faucets get a written bid, because the work changes. A cluttered or dirty work area adds time, and we say so up front.

Most standard shower and tub cartridges replaced by a professional run $385 to $685, usually somewhere in the middle. We quote on site because the valve, the brand and what’s behind the wall change the job. If the cartridge can’t be fixed, we can usually put in a new valve with standard trim for $785 to $1,250. Fancier trim is available, but it’s hard to quote online. We keep the common Delta, Moen and Pfister cartridges on our trucks and in our warehouse. Part of the price is being ready for the call and having the right parts on the truck when it matters most. We can special order just about anything fancy. If it isn’t one of those, expect a bid for the follow-up visit. Same-day isn’t realistic without a lot of driving around and extra cost, and that’s negotiable on site. We work on Delta 1300, 1400 and 1700 series valves, Moen 1222 and 1255 cartridges, Pfister Avante, Kohler and Symmons, including thermostatic and volume-control valves.

The 5-stage system with faucet is $1,250 regular and $985 installed with the online special through October 31, 2026. Add an alkaline (remineralizing) filter: RO + alkaline is $1,250 installed with the special, usually $1,500. Alkaline filter replacement is $165. We install a 5-stage RO system built around a Pentair membrane, not the cheaper knockoffs. We mean it: the others are noisy and inefficient. Cheaper models can run from $785, but not through us. We still have to warranty what we install, and RO leaks cause a lot of damage. That’s why every install includes a leak tray, included in the price, for our protection and yours. 5-year manufacturer warranty on the RO system, plus our 2-year workmanship warranty.

Smoke test, $585 to $895. A smoke test finds broken pipes in your walls that cause leaks and bad smells. We do these by appointment only, but the need can be spotted on any drain call or camera inspection. Our best plumbers do these, and we offer repairs on site for quick relief.

Plumbers go out Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM. Saturdays are at no extra charge. Closed Sundays. Emergency service on Sundays for systems we installed.

No extra charge to get a top-notch plumber to your door on a Saturday. What we won't do is turn every problem into an emergency. If we can cap it, stop the water and keep you in your home, we'll do that and plan the real repair for Monday or Tuesday, so you're not paying overtime rates and our guys aren't pulled away from their families for something that can wait a day. Our best guys are home with their kids on the weekend, and those are exactly the guys you want on your big repair Monday morning. Planning it also gives you a day to breathe before a crew is at your door opening drywall. We set up containment so the dust stays in one room, and that takes time that costs real money on an emergency and almost nothing on a weekday. That's not a sales pitch, it's just good craftsmanship. That's the deal we offer.
