Lotion after the bath? Not with a softener. Soft water, soft skin and hair, and a protected plumbing system.
We’re trying something new: Advanced series 48K softener installed, $1,650 through October 31, 2026. Most customers step up to the Hero, ask us about it. You need a serviceable loop for this price. All softener prices are for a 48K (1.5 cubic foot) system. Larger families and larger homes may need the next size up. We quote that as needed, with the same low pricing and the same great warranty. Any upgrades are extra and at the customer’s discretion.
We’re fine going over pricing for what you’re worried about on the phone, but you need a serviceable softener loop. If you don’t have one, we can usually build a good one for $985 to $3,000. If you want the hose bibs isolated so your pool still gets calcium, that’s usually an extra $685 to $985, your choice. You don’t want to water your grass with softened water. You can if you want, but when we can, we’ll give you the option to run a new hard-water line to the irrigation.
Limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on the tanks, resin and valve body, 10 years on all other parts including electronics (Wood Brothers Industries), plus our 2-year workmanship warranty. Subject to manufacturer terms.

If it’s our work, we respond right away, any hour, and make it right. If at any point you don’t like the guy, send him home. You decide that at the door, we decide who shows up with experience. We have specialists in everything, but no specialist specializes in everything, so if one of our plumbers isn’t the right guy for your repair, he’ll tell you and bring you options, not pressure you into something on the spot. If you trust us, call us. We might be able to set you up with the right guy at the right price. Or skip all of this and just have us deal with it. That’s what we specialize in, and our reviews show it.
